This Refund Policy explains how activation payments and other platform payments are handled on Links Afrika.
Activation fees allow users to access task sections on the platform. Once access is successfully activated, the activation fee is generally non-refundable.
If an M-Pesa payment fails or is cancelled, the user account will not be activated and no fee will be charged by Links Afrika.
If a user is charged twice for the same activation, they should contact support with the M-Pesa receipt numbers for review.
Task earnings are credited only after the task owner approves submitted work. Rejected or pending work does not qualify for withdrawal.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed through the provided M-Pesa number. Users must ensure they submit the correct number.
